Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Harold Schnitzer founded the company over 60 years ago when he first converted an old warehouse into an office building. Today his son, Jordan, serves as President of the company directing the company's long term strategy of acquiring and developing a diversified portfolio of well-located properties for continued ownership in the Western United States.

An investor by tradition, the company seeks to acquire or develop properties in which it can realize added value through timing, additional investment, repositioning and sound management practices. Harsch maintains a strong market presence in each of its six Regional offices with over 250 real estate professionals located in their markets and close to their customers.
