About Harsch

Today’s portfolio of 1,000 apartments includes urban high-rise and mid-rise properties in the Portland area.  We serve over 2,000 residents on 9 projects including 450 HUD apartments that provide housing for elderly residents and people with disabilities.  Housing has been part of our business since 1954 and we are seeking new acquisitions of 150 units or more in any of our six western regional locations.
