John Gordon oversees more than 200,000 square feet of renovation of newly-acquired property in Portland, Oregon, as well as over 168 acres of bare land in California and Arizona. John brings to us over 20 years of experience in construction and development. His position with CenterCal Properties, LLC, prior to joining Harsch, involved acquisitions analysis and leadership of Development and Construction Management services for over two million square feet of new retail property. John led successful negotiations with jurisdictional authorities, including successfully securing a $30 million state tax reimbursement agreement from the Idaho State Tax Commission related to required offsite transportation improvements. Prior to CenterCal, John was with Opus Northwest for ten years overseeing construction and development of a portfolio totaling over $270 million. John earned his degree in Bachelor of Arts at the Seattle University in Seattle, Washington.
