John Ramous has been involved with commercial real estate for over 25 years. Since moving to Nevada in 2003, he has been with Harsch Investment Properties where he is Senior Vice President, Regional Manager of its Las Vegas Region. He currently oversees a 9 million-square-foot portfolio of commercial parks and a staff of 50 employees serving over 1,500 tenants throughout Southern Nevada.
Since moving to the area, John has been active with NAIOP Southern Nevada and currently serves on its National Board. He is a Trustee and past President for the Henderson Development Association (HDA) and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. He has served on various local committees, including: North Las Vegas’ Economic Advisory Committee, Henderson’s Ad Hoc Budget Committee and Congressman Heck’s Economic Development Committee. Prior to moving to Nevada, he spent five years in Chicago working with First Industrial Realty Trust, one of the largest industrial REITs in the nation at the time.
