Executive Bio
Rob Aigner, SVP, Regional Mgr., Seattle
Rob Aigner has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, all in the Pacific Northwest, and is often a quoted source for commercial real estate happenings in the region. He began his career in 1982 when he became an industrial broker for CBRE (then Coldwell Banker Commercial). In 1984, he became Sales Manager of the Bellevue office, and Managing Director for Seattle in 1985, where eventually he became Executive Managing Director for the Region. In 1995, he joined Colliers International as Executive Managing Director of the Pacific Northwest, where he grew the operation by over 500%, before joining Harsch in May of 2006.

Rob has a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Washington, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board of The Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. He has served on numerous industry and non-profit boards throughout his career, including: The Downtown Seattle Association, The EDC, Seafair, The 101 Club, and The Center Stage Council of The Seattle Theatre Group.  He is also a member of Commercial Brokers Association, and of NAIOP, where he served as President of both Boards.
