Ryan Irwin joined Harsch in 2004 and is responsible for corporate finance operations, managing lender relationships, and financing the Company’s commercial real estate portfolio, acquisitions, construction and redevelopment projects. Ryan brings over 18 years of real estate finance, retail and development experience. Prior to joining Harsch, Ryan was Manager of Development for Limited Brands, managing the development of the 12 million square-foot mixed-use Easton Town Center project in Columbus, Ohio. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis and his Master’s in International Policy Studies from Stanford University. Ryan is on the Board of Directors and is Treasurer for Institute for Youth Success, a Portland-based non-profit dedicated to expanding mentoring and strengthening youth development organizations in Oregon.
