Patron gives $5M to WSU art museum

SALT LAKE CITY-Portland- headquartered Harsch Investment Properties, a privately-held real estate investment, development and management company, has entered into the state of Utah with the acquisition of Centennial Plaza, a 243,669-square-foot, three-building industrial campus, in Salt Lake City. Since Utah is a non-disclosure state, the firm tells that is cannot disclose the purchase price at this time.

Sold by A & B Properties Inc., Centennial Plaza is 100% occupied, featuring companies like JMH International Inc.Sulzer PumpsCoherex Medical Inc.Control 4 Corp.Town and Country Flooring and Redi Carpets.

“In the 62 years since our company was founded, we have steadily increased our geographic presence,” says Jordan Schnitzer, president of Harsch Investment Properties. “We have watched Salt Lake for a number of years and are pleased to have made our first acquisition in the wonderful state of Utah.”

Centennial Plaza offers a premier location at 3584-3628 W. 1820 S., with industrial units ranging from 7,500 to 80,000 square feet, and is situated on 14.63 acres, providing maximum leasing flexibility. It is part of Salt Lake City’s most prominent and long-established business campus, Centennial Industrial Park.

The property is situated off Highway 201, and is only one-half mile from Interstate 215. It is just south of the Salt Lake City International Airport and is adjacent to various retail amenities, such as banks and restaurants. Centennial Plaza features ample parking and truck storage, dock and ground-level loading, rail service, and new roofs and parking lots.
