Golf Galaxy Launches Interactive Retail Location at Harsch Investment Properties’ Stephanie Street Power Center

Harsch Investment Properties will be on-site for the grand opening celebrations of Golf Galaxy at their Stephanie Street Power Center in Henderson this coming weekend, November 1 – 3, 2013. The interactive golf retailer has leased a 29,000 square foot space in the nearly 375,000 square-foot newly upgraded shopping center. Other major tenants include Nordstrom Rack and Total Wine, as well as Designer Shoe Warehouse, Lane Bryant and Café Rio, which have all recently opened.

“Golf Galaxy continues the re-tenanting of Stephanie Street Power Center, which is the premier power center in the whole Las Vegas Valley,” said Jordan D. Schnitzer, president and CEO of Harsch Investment Properties.

“Harsch is very pleased to have Golf Galaxy join the exciting lineup,” said Harsch Investment Properties Senior Vice President of Retail Operations Dave Moore. “As an avid golfer, I am particularly impressed with the concept, store design and available products. The greater Las Vegas/Henderson golfing community is absolutely going to love this store.”

Throughout the weekend, Golf Galaxy will host a variety of giveaways, competitions, and activities. Appearances are also planned on November 2 by TaylorMade-adidas Golf LPGA professional Natalie Gulbis from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by NFL Hall of Famer Marcus Allen from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. At the store, customers will be able to meet the store's PGA professionals and certified in-store club technicians; experience five hitting bays and an indoor demo range; and interact with the store's on-site, full-service 42-foot tour van. Stephanie Street Power Center is conveniently located at the intersection of Stephanie Street and Warm Springs Road in the Henderson retail corridor. The shopping center was renovated in 2011 with new exteriors and custom-designed palettes to highlight the unique elevations at each storefront, bringing focus to each tenant at the center. Expanded monument signage was added in 2012, along with enhanced landscaping.
