Harsch Investment Properties awards Vegas listings to Gatski Commercial

ROB LUJAN AND JASON SIMON OF GATSKI COMMERCIAL TO OVERSEE HARSCH PROPERTY LISTINGS FOR NORTH PORTFOLIO

Las Vegas, NV- January 15, 2014- Harsch Investment Properties awarded the listing of its Speedway Commerce Center I & II, Cheyenne Commerce Center, Craig Commerce Center, Losee Industrial Park and Trident Industrial Park to Rob Lujan and Jason Simon of Gatski Commercial.

Speedway Commerce Center I & II make up Harsch’s largest property in the Valley at almost two million square feet. This property is located just off the I-15 North at Speedway Boulevard adjacent to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Additionally, Lujan and Simon will represent: Cheyenne Commerce Center at Cheyenne Avenue and Revere Street, Craig Commerce Center at 2625-2711 Craig Road, Trident Industrial Park at Brooks Avenue and Losee Road and Losee Industrial Park at 2710 Losee Road.  These properties total 2,554,049 square feet and 347 units.
