BECU Announces Opening of New Bellevue Financial Center
Will serve as the flagship location for eastside members

Tukwila, Wash. (December 16, 2013) — Today, BECU announces the opening of a new Eastside Financial Center to serve the Bellevue and greater eastside area. The new financial center is located at 13000 NE 20th St, on the corner of NE 20th and 130th, inside the 520 Plaza.

At approximately 6,000 square feet with a new and innovative high-tech design, the new location has 3 ATMs with 24 hour access, and a concierge to help direct service needs.  Members can establish accounts, apply for loans and perform financial transactions—including free ATM, Online and Telephone Banking services, with staff assistance, if needed. The new location will also host free financial seminars on a wide array of topics that will be held on-site in a community space within the location. In addition, members can meet with experts who can help with everything from retirement and estate planning, buying or refinancing a home, or growing their business with BECU Business Services.

“With over 23,000 members in the area, the new financial center was in response to the growing needs of our members on the eastside. The new location will give us the ability to hold free financial seminars as well as have experts from our Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Services with whom members can meet with anytime during operating hours. ” said Amy Wickholm, BECU’s Eastside Financial Center Manager." As anyone in the state is eligible to join BECU, this will allow us to continue to grow within the Bellevue community while ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of our current members.”

As with BECU’s other Financial Centers, the new Bellevue location will be staffed M-F 9am-6pm and Sat. 9am-1pm.  With this addition, BECU now has four locations in Bellevue.
