Harsch's Poway Industrial Center listing awarded to Voit

Harsch Investment Properties has awarded the leasing assignment for the Poway Industrial Center to the Voit Real Estate Services team of Brian Mulvaney, Jon Danton and Josh West. The four-building, 131,348-square-foot industrial park was acquired by Harsch in 2001 and is located at 12215 to 12255 Kirkham Rd., Poway.

Voit Senior Vice President Brian Mulvaney, CCIM, specializes in investment sales as well as selling and leasing R&D, industrial, office and high tech/life science properties. His background in landlord asset leasing and corporate services has honed his expertise in all facets of income property, including maximizing value and investment returns. During his career, Mulvaney has transacted more than 15.5 million square feet of space valued at over $750 million. He is involved in the local chapters of SIOR (2011 President), CCIM (2009 President) and NAIOP.

Senior Associate Joe Danton has been affiliated with Voit since 2007.  Drawing upon a strong background in commercial real estate sales and real estate research analysis, Danton was honored as Voit’s San Diego Rising Star of 2008. He is active in NAIOP.

Associate Josh West also specializes in industrial sales and leasing. In addition to new business development, West represents property owners and area businesses in acquiring, disposing of and leasing industrial properties. Backed by Voit's extensive resources, West offers superior market knowledge and insight into real estate trends.

Poway Industrial Center is part of Harsch’s 1.7M-square-foot San Diego portfolio.  It offers a prime location off the I-15 at Scripps Poway Parkway. Features include dock-high and grade-level loading, clear span warehouse, 22’ to 24’ clear height, and warehouse skylights.  The project’s mature landscaping and street frontage provides a strong corporate image for such national tenants as Gateway, Crown Lift and Shell Oil.
