Plaza 520 Tenant MOSAIC Children's Therapy Clinic May Lose Location to Rail Yard
June 11, 2014
KIRO 7 News reports that tenant MOSAIC Children's Therapy Clinic may lose its location to the proposed Sound Transit maintenance facility at Harsch's Plaza 520 in Bellevue. Sound Transit is currently evaluating Harsch Investment Properties' entire Plaza 520 property in Bellevue, Washington, as a possible location for a future Sound Transit Link Light Rail heavy-industrial maintenance base. This would displace more than 40 small businesses and non-profits who call this site home, including MOSAIC.

Heidi Dawson, whose son attends the clinic, explains the effect that the proposed rail yard would have on her family, "It's going to be absolutely devastating for him if we have to find someplace else. Special needs kids are very much about routine."
