Small Businesses and Nonprofits at Plaza 520 Saved from Displacement

The Sound Transit Board has decided against siting its maintenance facility at the location of Harsch's Plaza 520 in Bellevue, Washington. On Thursday, July 24th, the Board announced that they will pursue building the maintenance facility at the BNSF Alternative. This decision saved over 100 small businesses and nonprofits from displacement.
