Harsch Promotes Natasha Conner to AVP, Portfolio Manager, Las Vegas

Harsch Investment Properties' Natasha Conner has been promoted to AVP, Portfolio Manager, Las Vegas. Natasha joined Harsch in 2004 and is responsible for the leasing and management of the Henderson and Airport Portfolios, totaling over 2.2 million square feet within the Las Vegas region. Natasha has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and holds both her Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) designations.

Natasha is a current board member of BOMA Nevada and serves as the Emerging Leaders Chair. She is also the chair of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) committee, and her properties have won the TOBY award four times locally and twice regionally. She is a graduate of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Henderson program and currently serves as its Planning and Development Chair. Natasha is also an active member of The City of Henderson Resource Partners Group and led the effort to change the City of Henderson’s Master Plan Development Overlay requirements to allow the use of breweries, wineries, and distilleries at Harsch’s Henderson Eastgate portfolio. She volunteers as an active committee leader at the Henderson nonprofit organization Sm@rtConnections. Natasha studied Business Management and Administration at Indiana University.
