The Portland Tribune Reports on Schnitzer Family Gift to the Confluence Project

In the Portland Tribune, reporter Peter Wong explores renowned artist Maya Lin's Confluence Project. Confluence is the largest public art project in the United States, spanning 438 miles of the Columbia River from its mouth at the Pacific Ocean east to Hells Canyon.

At the City Club of Portland's Friday Forum with Maya Lin, Arlene Schnitzer's $1 million gift to the Celilo Park Confluence Project was announced. The donation will be made in honor of her son, Harsch President Jordan Schnitzer, and Thomas Lauderdale of Pink Martini.
