Harsch's 450 Sutter Building Featured in San Francisco Chronicle

John King featured Harsch Investment Properties' 450 Sutter Building in his Cityscape column for the San Francisco Chronicle. He applauds the historic landmark, located in San Francisco's Union Square, as "one of San Francisco's most beloved high-rise buildings."

Designed by architect Timothy Pflueger in 1929, 450 Sutter Building is known for its unique Mayan-inspired Art Deco features. "450 Sutter is flanked by lifeless newcomers — the original radiates life, intriguing from every angle, the tower that still turns heads — stirring no complaint about height at all," writes King.
