Las Vegas Review-Journal Reports Work Begins on Harsch's Henderson Commerce Center Expansion

The Las Vegas Review-Journal's Nicole Raz reports that Harsch Investment Properties has formally begun construction on the Henderson Commerce Center expansion project, part of its Las Vegas portfolio. Slated for completion this winter, 240,000 square feet of commercial space will be developed adjacent to the existing buildings in Henderson, NV.

A further expansion of the Commerce Center sends a strong signal about Henderson’s growing economy, said Scott Muelrath, President of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. “By keeping growing companies here, or recruiting them here, you’re creating opportunities for other businesses to both interact with whoever the new companies are, and service them as other businesses."
