The Las Vegas Review-Journal's Wade Tyler Millward reports that Harsch Investment Properties' 240,000-square-foot expansion to Henderson Commerce Center in Henderson, NV, is nearing completion, with 70% of the available space already leased out to tenants. The businesses are expected to take over the new buildings within the next few weeks, said John Ramous, SVP/Las Vegas Regional Manager for Harsch.
New tenants at the expansion include health supplement retailer Nutrishop and gaming and telecommunications manufacturer Catapult Global. “It’s an exciting time for us,” said Catapult partner Fred Kesselman, who is bringing all of the company's local operations under one 43,000-square-foot space.
