April 25, 2017
Portland Business Journal's Jon Bell ran an exclusive on Harsch Investment Properties' plans for a 70,000-square-foot creative office building in the Central Eastside of Portland, named 7 Southeast Stark. The building, designed in a partnership with Portland's Works Partnership Architecture, will feature a modern design, complete with lots of floor to ceiling glass windows, outdoor patios on every floor, a rooftop deck, secured bike parking, off-street tenant parking, and more amenities.

This parcel is one part of a three-block, two-acre industrial complex. Harsch also revealed plans for 151 SE Alder, a 90,000-square-foot creative office space a couple blocks away. These two buildings will round out the complex which already features award-winning tenants House Spirit Distillery and Steven Smith Teamaker.

According to Jake Lancaster and Annalore Rodman of JLL, who will oversee the leasing of 7 Southeast Stark, "The Central Eastside continues to be a hot spot for creative office space, and this building is going to provide some rare amenities not seen in the neighborhood."
