San Diego Cleans Up the Beach for Volunteer Month
May 24, 2017

Volunteers from Harsch's San Diego region collected 25 pounds of trash over two days! Kudos for helping the environment and making the beach a more enjoyable experience for the community.

San Diego Coastkeeper provided volunteers a hands-on environmental work experience. They picked up trash and other debris and had an immediate impact on the water, sea life, and the overall coastal experience for San Diego residents and visitors. The Coastkeeper’s mission is to protect and restore fishable, swimmable and drinkable waters in San Diego County.

Good work feels GREAT! Thank you to Tim Kaminsky, Angela Walsh, Susan Adams, Alex Aboud, Zaida Curran, Nadine Andrade, Jennifer Cole, Mayra Montoya, and Andy Perez for participating in Volunteer Month at Harsch!
