The company opened its Las Vegas regional office in 1995 by acquiring the 400,000 square foot Green Valley Commerce Center. Today, the portfolio includes 29 properties totalling over eight million square feet. As the largest owner of multi-tenant commercial properties in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, the company satisfies a spectrum of tenant needs, from 500 square feet for start-ups or incubator tenants to 300,000 square feet for major distribution businesses. With projects in every part of the valley, location requirements are relatively easy to satisfy. Recent acquisitions have included Traverse Point Commerce Center and Valley Freeway Commerce Center in Henderson, Nevada.

Harsch’s development team completed its first local “from the ground up” project, Henderson Commerce Center Phase I, in 2002. At the intersection of I-15 and Warm Springs Road, this 240,000 square-foot project was the first phase of a master planned, multi-tenant flex-to-office development of over 1.54 million square feet. Other local developments include constructing the 200,000 square foot Cheyenne Commerce Center on Cheyenne Road in North Las Vegas and the second phase of Speedway Commerce Center totaling over 500,000 square-feet.

Redevelopment is part of a corporate strategy to enhance existing properties in excellent locations that require an investment to fully realize their potential.  One example here in town was the $10 million transformation of the 375,000-square-foot former Spring Mountain Business Park  into a uniquely-themed Asian retail and business center just two blocks from "the Strip." It was renamed “The Center at Spring Mountain” and is home to 200 businesses.
